11.Who is your favorite fictional character and why?
Basil Hallward. His faith in mankind, his values, his loyalty, and he really believes that there is good in everybody. I guess I like him because even though he can be a bit foolish, I wish I had his heart, and his words. His deep infatuation at the beginning of the book, I’m pretty sure I have quoted a lot of what he has said many times.
37. Who’s a hero of yours?
Ugh, I have so many. I have a list of heros for different things that I value in life. I’ve grown up in a small town and I really appreciate self- sustainability within a community, although I know that not all communities have the technology or know-how for this (which is very unfortunate). Therefore, Norman Borlaug would be someone I am very interested in.
